  Horrible customer service and outright liars. We paid by certified funds for a lien release and have been given a run around that is unimaginable from a lending institution. Numerous phone calls- numerous folks saying they have Fed EX our lien release. However no one can give a tracking number or when asked to speak to a manager they state there is no one else to speak to. Besides being non –compliant in releasing lien and title within required time its outright blatant incompetence. I will be filing federal complaints for the lack of professional and regulatory compliance. This institution should be shut down.
